School of Sexual Wellness is a small company building something the field has not built yet. The roles are contract, advisory or licensed, not salaried, and every one of them is held to the same standard as the work: evidence based, plainly worded, education not treatment.

Clinical co-lead
Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Contract.
Review every clinical statement in three education programmes, co-teach two of six units in After the Prescription, hold a veto over any claim you cannot stand behind, and lend your name to the standard. Monthly retainer for about two hours a month plus a per unit fee for live teaching. Remote, any time zone.
Express interestAdvisory panel, four seats
Certified Practitioner, employment lawyer, patient advocate, human resources leader. Quarterly.
One hour a quarter, a modest honorarium, a right of veto over any claim in the programmes, and your name on every proposal and on the public standards page. The panel mirrors the group that wrote The Menopause Society’s Menopause and the Workplace Consensus Recommendations.

Independent deliverers. From 2027.
A two day certification to deliver the manager pathway to employers under licence: two workshops, the conversation guide, the templates. For human resources professionals, workplace educators and Certified Practitioners who want to run the programme in their own market. Annual recertification. Expressions of interest open now.

Practitioner training pilot. 2027.
Training to deliver the HOPE Method framework for reconnecting women with desire after diagnosis, menopause and inherited silence. For counsellors, sexologists, pelvic floor physiotherapists, nurses and educators. Register interest for the first cohort.

Part time, contract. Opens when the first three employers are signed.
Sell Menopause at Work to employers in the states now legislating menopause accommodation, and to the law firms advising them. Commission plus retainer, the retainer starting at that point. Remote, United States based. You have sold into human resources or benefits before and can explain a compliance duty without frightening anyone.

Adapt and voice the six module employee pathway for Spanish-speaking workforces. Plain language, health literacy, no euphemism. Native speaker with experience in health or workplace education.
