What this site collects, and why.

Only what you type into a form. The speaking enquiry form collects your name, role, organisation, email and the details of your event. The Readiness Score collects your answers, your name and your email so the report can be sent to you. The city alerts and interest forms collect an email address and, where the form asks, a city or an organisation.

The site measures traffic in aggregate: pages viewed, referring site, country, and named events such as a download or a form submission. No cookies are set for advertising and no visitor profiles are built.

To answer your enquiry, to send the report or file you asked for, and to tell you when dates open if you asked to be told. Nothing else.

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider and passed to the email platform that sends the confirmation and, where you opted in, the follow-up sequence. Both are contracted processors. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the working relationship or the reason for the enquiry lasts, and for seven years afterwards where accounting rules require it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to bookings@hopemorrisonofficial.com. We answer within 30 days.
