Beyond the stage
The ecosystem
A keynote is an hour. Behind it sits a company, two programmes, a book and a venture in development, which is why the talks end with somewhere to send people.
01 In short
Hope is the founder of the School of Sexual Wellness, the company the keynote work is booked through and the parent of everything below. Under it sit RECLAIMED, the programme for survivors built on the HOPE Method; The Shift Method, the self paced menopause audio course and its workplace edition; RESIDUE, the book; and ENDARIA, a hormone-intelligence layer for menopause currently in development. One founder, five properties, and the same standard of care across all of them.
02 The properties
-
School of Sexual Wellness
The parent company: education, supplements and intimate care.
The company every other name on this page belongs to, and the one the keynote work is booked through. Three collections sit under it: the Academy for the courses and the free assessments; Barely, body-safe intimate care held to the same standard as the programmes and aligned to The Menopause Society’s genitourinary syndrome of menopause guidance; and Sol, a general wellness supplement line that makes no menopause, hormonal or sexual health claims. Trauma-aware and body-literate throughout, which is the same standard the talks are written to.
School of Sexual Wellness -
RECLAIMED
The programme for survivors, built on the HOPE Method.
Where the HOPE Method is delivered directly to survivors, with every participant to be measured at intake and exit from the founding cohort, now enrolling, and where a Level One practitioner training is being built so others can deliver it, with a practitioner pilot planned for 2027. This is the page to send anyone who has read a talk description and wants to know whether there is a body of work behind it.
RECLAIMED -
The Shift Method
The self paced menopause course, and the workplace version of it.
The menopause programme built on sexual wellbeing, intimacy and identity rather than on symptom relief. Twenty four audio lessons and a workbook, taken at your own pace. It also carries the workplace side: workshops, manager training and policy toolkits. That is the direct continuation of The Shift keynote, and the honest answer to the question every human resources room asks at the end of it, which is what happens on Monday.
The Shift Method -
RESIDUE
The book about what the body keeps, and what gets handed down.
The book that names what gets handed down before anyone has words for it, with a companion workbook. It is the long form of the argument the keynotes make in an hour, and the thing a festival programmer or a journalist reads first.
RESIDUE -
The Midlife Body Guidebook
The printed companion to the work. Plain language for women. A handout for practitioners.
Twelve chapters on menopause, desire and the body, written for two readers at once. Women read it to understand what is happening and what to ask for. Practitioners hand it across the desk to open the conversation most consultations skip. Every Menopause at Work programme will include copies. Ships 2027.
Pre-order the guidebook -
The Midlife Androgen Project
Evidence based education on testosterone and androgen care for women in midlife.
Three strands: a workplace briefing, a practitioner certification for clinicians, and plain language guidance for women. The certification is in development and not yet accredited. A medical advisory board is being formed to review every clinical module before release.
The Midlife Androgen Project -
ENDARIA
The hormone-intelligence layer for menopause. In development.
A device-agnostic layer that gathers blood and pathology results, at-home tests, wearables and symptom logs into one continuous record, so a woman arrives at an appointment with a ninety-day pattern rather than a single normal-looking snapshot. It is being developed, it is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat. It is on this page because it is where the health argument in the talks is going next, not because it is for sale.
In development. Not a medical device.
Open to research and pilot partners: universities, clinics and employers who want to test whether a continuous record changes what happens in the consultation. Enquiries to hello@schoolofsexualwellness.com.
ENDARIA
Each one runs on its own site, with its own enquiry and its own checkout. This page is a map, not a shop.
03 Why it matters to a booker
A room does not change because it was moved for an hour. It changes because somebody knew where to go on Monday.
Almost every keynote on this subject ends the same way: a moved audience, a queue at the front, and nowhere to send them. The properties on this page are the answer to that. An employee who recognises herself in The Shift has a programme to join. A human resources lead who wants policy has workshops and toolkits. A clinician who wants the framework has The HOPE Method and the Level One training behind it.
It is also the answer to the quieter question, the one asked in the procurement meeting rather than the room: whether the person on stage does this work, or only talks about it.

Six units, built to the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health process of care, delivered beside a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
