HOPE MORRISON Book Hope

Practice notes

For the clinicians women trust with the conversation.

Most women with sexual symptoms in midlife never raise them. Most clinicians never ask. Practice notes help close that gap.

Two formats, published every two months. Research notes summarise new studies that change how we talk about sex and menopause. Case notes work through situations clinicians meet in practice, with the evidence and the words to use.

02Who writes them

Hope is a sexual health educator and keynote speaker. She is not a medical practitioner. Her commentary covers communication, sexual health education and the patient's experience. Clinical content is drawn from published guidelines and peer reviewed studies, cited in full.

Hope also trains clinical teams. The allied professions unit and After the Prescription help practitioners raise sex and menopause with confidence.

03Submit a case

Have a case that stumped you?

Send it in. Selected cases become case notes. Remove every identifying detail: names, dates, places and anything unusual enough to recognise.

By submitting, you confirm the case contains no identifying information.

04 Certification

The Midlife Androgen Project

A practitioner certification in androgen care for women in midlife: physiology, assessing low desire, testing and prescribing within guidelines, and case studies. In development and not yet accredited.
